Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoMotion website and service at gomotionai.com (the "Service"), operated by IKERPRIME S.L. ("GoMotion", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
GoMotion turns a script or audio narration that you provide into an assembled video: an AI-generated or user-uploaded voiceover, stock and publicly available footage and images retrieved to match your script, captions, motion graphics and music. You preview the result, optionally edit it, and export a video file.
Optionally, you can connect your own YouTube channel and have GoMotion upload the videos you choose to it, once or on a recurring publishing schedule you set up (see section 12).
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users.
3. Credits, plans and payment
- The Service is billed through credits. Generating and exporting videos consumes credits based on video length and features. Current rates are shown before you confirm each generation.
- What a video costs, by finished length (the exact charge is always shown before you confirm):
Every video carries the same fixed production work — script, voiceover, footage search and render — so longer videos give you more minutes per credit. Partial minutes round up.Length Credits 3 min 76 5 min 83 7 min 91 10 min 102 15 min 120 20 min 155 25 min 190 30 min 225 45 min 330 60 min 435 90 min 645 - Subscriptions renew monthly (or yearly, on yearly plans) and grant the plan's credits. Unused plan credits roll over for one billing cycle, up to one month's allowance, while your subscription is active. Rolled-over credits are used first and expire at the following renewal. One-time credit packs never expire. On yearly plans, the allowance resets at each yearly renewal. You can cancel anytime; on cancellation, plan credits remain usable for 30 days after the paid period ends. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not refund past ones. This credit rule applies from each subscriber's first monthly renewal on or after October 11, 2026.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
- If a generation fails on our side, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
- Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
4. Your content and copyright — your responsibility
- Your inputs. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to every script, audio file, image or other material you upload or paste into the Service, and that none of it infringes any third party's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights) or any applicable law.
- Assembled materials. The Service retrieves footage, images and other media from publicly available sources on the internet to visually match your script, and includes music tracks. The Service does not verify, license or clear rights on that material for you. Before publishing, monetizing or otherwise distributing any video produced with the Service, it is your sole responsibility to review it and to obtain any licenses, permissions or clearances required for the footage, images, music, trademarks, or persons appearing in it, in every territory where you publish.
- Your output, your risk. You assume all responsibility and liability arising from the use, publication, monetization or distribution of videos produced with the Service — including any copyright strikes, demonetization, takedowns, claims, damages or legal proceedings. IKERPRIME S.L. accepts no liability for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from content you produce or publish.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IKERPRIME S.L., its directors, employees and suppliers from any claim, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any third-party copyright or other intellectual-property claim relating to videos you produced with the Service.
- Prohibited content. You may not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deliberately misleading in a way likely to cause harm, or that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse, remove, or report such content.
5. Ownership
- As between you and us, you own the videos you export, subject always to the rights of third parties in materials included in them (see Section 4).
- We retain all rights in the Service itself — software, design, models, pipelines and branding. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process and store your inputs and outputs solely to operate the Service (e.g., generating, storing and letting you download your videos).
6. Content retention
- Generated projects (editable previews and their assets) are retained for a limited window — currently about 12 hours from the last save — and are then automatically deleted from our storage. Export your video to keep it.
- We may retain minimal transactional records (e.g., what was billed) as required for accounting and legal compliance.
7. Service availability — "as is"
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that results will meet your expectations. Automated video assembly can produce imperfect results.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKERPRIME S.L.'s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill — including consequences of publishing content produced with the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 8, 10 and 12.3 survive termination.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the registered domicile of IKERPRIME S.L., without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may entitle you to the courts of your place of residence within the EU.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Publishing to YouTube and scheduled publishing
12.1 YouTube Terms of Service. GoMotion's publishing features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to GoMotion or using any feature that uploads to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; GoMotion's handling of it is described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Your authorization and your control. When you connect a channel you authorize GoMotion to upload videos to that channel and set their thumbnails, and only in two cases: (a) when you click "Upload to YouTube" for a specific video, or (b) when a publishing schedule that you created and confirmed is due. For every upload you control the title, description, tags, category, privacy status (public, unlisted or private), scheduled publish time, audience ("made for kids") declaration and altered or synthetic content disclosure. GoMotion may suggest values for these fields; the values you confirm, or the defaults you set in your schedule, are the ones sent to YouTube, and we do not add to or change them without your consent. Before each scheduled upload we notify you, and you can edit, skip or cancel it, or pause or delete the schedule, at any time. You can disconnect your channel at any time from Settings > YouTube or from your Google Account permissions page.
12.3 You are the publisher. Videos are uploaded to your channel, under your YouTube account and in your name. You are solely responsible for them, including their compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright law, YouTube's channel monetization policies (including its policies on inauthentic, mass-produced and reused content), YouTube's rules on disclosing altered or synthetic content, and the laws on content made for children, which require you to declare truthfully whether each video is made for kids. Section 4 (Your content and copyright) applies in full to everything published through these features. We recommend reviewing each video before it goes public.
12.4 YouTube limits and decisions. Publishing depends on YouTube: its API availability and quotas, your channel's daily upload limit, and your channel's verification status (for example, custom thumbnails and videos longer than 15 minutes require a verified channel). YouTube may reject, restrict, label, age-restrict, demonetize or remove any upload, and may limit or suspend your channel, under its own policies. GoMotion does not control these decisions and does not guarantee that any video will be published, monetized or reach any audience. Until GoMotion's YouTube API project has completed YouTube's compliance audit, YouTube may keep uploaded videos private regardless of the privacy status you choose; we will tell you in the product if that applies.
12.5 Credits for scheduled videos. Each video produced by a schedule consumes the credits shown when you create the schedule, charged when that video is produced. If your balance is insufficient when a run is due, the run is skipped and we notify you. If the upload to YouTube fails because of an error on our side, the credits for that video are refunded as described in section 3; if it fails because of your channel's limits, your channel's status or a YouTube decision, the video remains available in your account to download and the credits are not refunded.
12.6 No affiliation. GoMotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
12.7 Automation limits. You may not use GoMotion to upload the same or substantially similar videos to multiple channels, to operate channels on behalf of others without their authorization, or to get around any limit or restriction YouTube places on your channel. We may cap the number of scheduled uploads per channel and per day, and we may pause a schedule if YouTube repeatedly rejects its uploads.

| Technical | IP address, basic request logs, aggregate usage statistics | Security, abuse prevention, service improvement (legitimate interest) |
2. Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising trackers. The site stores your session tokens and a device identifier in your browser's local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember trusted devices. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used; it sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that collect pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type). Payment pages are hosted by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own cookie policy.
3. Processors (who touches the data)
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service, under data-processing agreements:
| Processor | What for |
|---|---|
| Stripe Payments Europe | Payments and subscriptions |
| Cloudflare (R2) | Storage of your projects and videos |
| Hetzner Online | Application hosting |
| RunPod | Ephemeral compute where videos are rendered |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery |
| AI processing providers (e.g. kie.ai) | Automated analysis of your script to plan scenes and graphics |
| Google LLC (YouTube API Services) | Receives the videos, thumbnails and metadata you choose to upload to your YouTube channel. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy |
Some providers process data outside the EEA; where they do, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.
4. Retention
- Account data: while your account exists, then deleted or anonymized.
- Project content: ~12 hours from last save, then deleted automatically.
- Billing records: as long as required by Spanish accounting and tax law.
- Support messages: up to 2 years.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by emailing support@gomotionai.com from your account address. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
6. Security
Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing (PBKDF2), transport is TLS-encrypted end to end, sign-ins from new devices require email verification codes, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is 100% secure — if we ever detect a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and, if material, notify you by email.
8. Connecting your YouTube channel (YouTube API Services)
GoMotion uses YouTube API Services to let you publish videos to your own YouTube channel. This feature is optional and only works after you connect a channel and grant permission on Google's consent screen. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
8.1 What we access and store
- Authorization tokens. An access token (valid for at most one hour) and a refresh token, both stored encrypted (Fernet: AES-128 with HMAC-SHA256), with the encryption key kept separately from the data. We never see or store your Google password.
- Channel identity. Your channel ID, channel name, channel avatar URL and whether the channel may upload videos longer than 15 minutes.
- Videos we uploaded for you. The YouTube video ID, upload and processing status, and scheduled publish time of each video GoMotion uploaded to your channel.
- Your publishing settings. The schedule you create, and the privacy status, audience ("made for kids") and altered or synthetic content settings you choose.
We do not access your other videos, comments, subscribers, playlists, analytics, watch history, email address or any other Google data.
8.2 How we use it
Only to provide the publishing feature you turned on: to show you which channel is connected; to upload the videos you choose, immediately or at the time you scheduled, with the title, description, tags, privacy status, audience and disclosure settings you reviewed; to set the custom thumbnail you created; and to tell you whether each upload was processed, is scheduled or was rejected by YouTube. We never publish anything you did not choose or schedule, we never edit or delete other content on your channel, and we never change a video's privacy setting except as you selected. Every scheduled upload is announced to you in advance, and you can edit, skip or cancel it or pause the schedule at any time.
8.3 Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube or Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, we do not transfer it to data brokers or other third parties, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models. It is stored on the infrastructure providers listed in section 3, which process it only on our instructions. GoMotion staff do not read this data except with your explicit permission (for example, when you ask support to look into a failed upload), when necessary for security or abuse investigations, or when required by law.
GoMotion's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8.4 Retention and deletion
- Channel identity and video status data are refreshed from YouTube at least every 30 days while your connection is active (in practice each time a scheduled video runs). Anything we cannot refresh is deleted.
- The record of each upload (YouTube video ID and status) is kept for up to 30 days after the upload and then deleted. Our billing records keep only our internal run ID and the credits charged, not YouTube data.
- Disconnect in GoMotion (Settings > YouTube > Disconnect): we revoke the authorization with Google immediately and delete all YouTube data stored for that channel within 7 days (in practice immediately).
- Revoke from Google: you can also remove GoMotion's access at any time from the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We check every connection at least once a day; when a connection no longer works we delete all YouTube data related to it within 30 days (in practice within 24 hours).
- Delete request: use Settings > YouTube > Delete my YouTube data, or email support@gomotionai.com from your account address. We delete the data within 7 days. Deleting your GoMotion account also deletes it within 7 days.
- Deleting the data stored by GoMotion does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. To delete those, use YouTube Studio or another application that supports deleting YouTube videos.
8.5 Questions and complaints
Contact support@gomotionai.com with any question or complaint about how GoMotion handles your YouTube or Google data. You may also contact the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
